I have been living in these apartments for 7 months and I can't wait until my lease is up infact I'm thinking about breaking it. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. My dishwasher has been broke since I moved in and I put in at least two or three work orders. Bathroom has leaks, all the sinks are broke. It's like pulling teeth to get maintaince in. Kids are everywhere, no parents watching them, always running out infront of your car. No one comes to spray for pest, and no matter how clean your are (trust me) you'll have roaches, not big roaches that just come from outside, but small baby roaches and when you complain to management they claim you have to call every month and asked to have pest control spray when they come around each month. Management never returns phonecalls and it always take at least 30 minutes just to go in and pay your rent, if you refuse to pay $200 for money orders. And the carpet is that hard carpet. Grounds are not well kept. I mean management is just terrible. I hate to deal with the staff. And God forbid anything tears up, you'll be moved out and it still won't be fixed. I hate it. Its cheap and becasue it's in MetroWest you'd think its okay, but looks can be decieving. Stay away, pay the extra $100 and stay on the other side of Kirkman.
