The grounds are dirty, people don't pick up after themselves leaving garbage on the stairs and hallways. The management does not make any effort to clean up the common areas of the buildings. Management does not always give notice before entering the apartments and does not always leave a note stating that they were in the apartment. There is alot of noise at night due to tennants "partying" not only in their apartments but out side in the hallways of the buildings and in the parking lots. Management response to any complaint is slow or non existence. There were fire alarms that would go off at least once a month and at times would be hours before they would be turned off. There were several cars broken into in the parking lots and there were several apartments broken into as well. There was hurricane damage to my apartment and it was reported to the management many times, however it was never addressed or fixed. From the first day that I moved into the apartment, there was no cap on the dryer exhast. It was reported to the management and was never fixed in a whole year of residence at the complex. The apartment had mold due to this problem and water intrusion due to the hurricanes and it was never addressed or fixed. The management did not seem to care about the property or the tennants
