I lived for a whole year, as soon as I moved in, I had problems. The maintenance is horrible, the staff are rude and I have still yet to receive my deposit from this place. When I first moved in, there were roach dumpings in the closets, a hole in the wall, no shrubs at all, but dirt, kids were throwing garbage around everywhere, oh my goodness, the pool, dirty, at one point someone pooped in it while we were there, oh man, please I must advise you not to stay here, look elsewhere, they have section 8 apartments better looking than that. I never had that program, but the majority in the complex have this grant. My story, I hated Orlando after a year of living, therefore I relocated back to NY, good luck to all...

BTW, the ghetto is right behind, so everyone would hop over the fence through the complex and smoke their weed, ok, enough I hope you get the hint.
