Staff all have attitude problems, bring there children to work with them, and pretend to always be too busy to hear what your trying tell them. Never expect to go right in an out of the office. It will take about 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge that you are present. Getting them to complete any needed paper work is like pulling teeth. They put the L in Lazy. And don't think complaining to management will solve your problems cause they have the same attitude, which explains a lot. I have written letters to cameo prefessionals and none of my problems have been addressed. Everything about this place if just a head ache. You'd do better living in the projects. My dishwasher has been broke since I moved in over 10 months ago. The bathroom leaks, the faucet is broken, and maintanice once told me I would have to pay him to get something fixed. (A side job, he called it). I mean I can't think of anything good to say about this place. The gates never work, I mean there is just nothing good going on here.
