This is the worst apartment that I stayed in. When we decided to move in this place we were told that the process would take about 3 weks instead it took 3 months and they still wasn't ready fro us to move in. We stayed at with family and in hotels until our paperwork was through, but they still wasn't through so we told them we would call CHANNEL 9 NEWS If they didn't give us that apartment then. Roaches started coming in from other apartments, and the wouldn't spray so we payed someone to spray. Microwave stop working, and the said that the couldn't fix it, nor replace it. We told them it heated but it didn't turn, they said oh well! We asked about the replacement of the AC filters and they never did it. The front office changed employees like a person changes underwear. No one in the front office ever knew what was going on. There was never anywhere to park and the apartment complex pays people to tow your car, the people that tow your car are about 45 minutes away and they charge alot. The garbage is always running over and into the streets. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom tubs are stained with dirt and mold. The glue on the tubs are peeling up. THIS IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORSE APARTMENT COMPLEX IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, THEY NEED TO MOVE IT TO OBT AND RENT THEM OUT TO HOOKERS! NO THE HOOKERS DON'T EVEN WANT TO LIVE HERE!

Is English your second language? :) Oh, the spelling and grammatical errors in this review are endless. Makes me wonder: who should I trust; them or you? Why did you stay so long?
