Well, first of all, save yourself the time and money and go apply somewhere else. When they show you the sample of this place, you'll be awed at the wonderful landscaping (they only show you so much)...especially if you're moving to Florida from another state. Don't let that fool you.

Application time for us was months...months to wait for a chance to live in slop. And don't worry...that gate out front will never work. They'll tell you it will, but it won't. I assure you.

Spent about a year here...that was enough for me. Metro Place ruined my whole outlook on the entire state of Florida...it was one of the primary reasons I moved OUT of Florida after my year was up.
