Well when we first moved in we were told this place was horrible but we decided to try it anyway. Well we had no problem really with our neighbors or ntohing but around the neighbor hood there were always fights and cops. The front entrance gate only worked sometimes and the security guards are only here on certain nights so either way it doesnt prevent anyone from getting in!!!! As for the maintenance some of the guys are nice others could care less. They fixed a couple things on time but my shower head in the 2nd bathroom still hasnt been fixed since we moved in !!!!! And the Management in the office is HORRIBLE so RUDE. My neice went to pay the rent one time when i was out pf town and they interrogated her and then the lady was very unproffesional. They have no manners that is by far the worst management and the biggest complain i have. Also alot of times the dumpster is broken and trash piles up. There were many roaches when we moved in but my fiancee keeps the house clean so no problem with roaches anymore. And one last thing my heater has been broken since we moved in we had to buy a mini heater from walmart.
