I am currently living at Middlebrook Farms and have been for a year and half. I sometimes come here to read the reviews and I'm really confused at how poor they are. I have never had an issue with this property. The ground are well kept and maintained weekly. The actual apartments have nice layouts, crown molding, and other elements that make the apartment look elegant rather than plain and cheap. All the encounters I've had with the office staff have been pleasant and nice. The staff go out of their way to put on apartment events and activities for their residents. I'm a young single woman and I have never felt unsafe here, though I'm not sure I'd go wandering by myself here at late hours of the night alone (but I don't think thats a smart decision anyways). The noise is rarely an issue the most noise I get is from someone vacuuming or moving furniture.
I am not sure why so many people are having such bad experiences here unless they have rowdy neighbors or have unrealistic expectations. The only issues I do have with Middlebrook Farms is their trash system. They have one dumpster located far from me so hauling trash and driving it to that dumpster can be an annoyance. The parking is another issue after around 6pm you're lucky to get a space near your apartment. Before I moved here I checked out other apartments in the area and Middlebrook Farms far surpasses all of them. It is pretty pricey, but considering the other places I've checked out it's worth the extra cash to be in such well taken care of and safe place. It's in a great location very close to Mall of Millenia and near lots of shopping centers. I have no problems recommending Middlebrook Farms to anyone. You can't please everyone and people have their reasons for disliking this place, but as far as I go I love it and I renewed my lease through Feb 09.
