We moved from a high crime State to Orlando looking for a nice and safe place. The staff helpful, the neighbors ok and the apartment amazing when I first moved in. It is still a nice residential, but is going from Classic to Tacky. The Dumpster when is full my residents classic star placing the trash all over the walkway and the lawn. Every time we walk around my apartment (2 floors) my sensitive neighbors star complaining well! I guess they want us to flies :). The staff:( , Well ! You Know. Now my classic complex they have a special sing 3 months free:( so, Shall we call Middle Brook Farms or Middle Hood Farms' I don t want to be rude, but thinks twice before you decide to move in.

3 months free sounds like an amazing deal! I've been to middlebrook farms on several occasions and have NEVER seen garbage in the halls or on the lawns. The community is amazing and they hold really fun events for all families and friends to attend. If I were looking for a great deal in a great location next to all A schools for my children I would DEFINITELY pick Middlebrook Farms
