Must of been the office manger who posted the last message,, this place is invested with termite prolbmes big time,, the elcetric bills in upstar apt are over 200 a month and the a/c never cools,,Than,, if you enjoy watching the collge kids in the apts next door have keg and pot smoking /stripping parites with lots of glass beer bottles come out your front door,, than i guess this is a nice place,,A least 7 familes have had there first floor apts flooed from big time water leaks,,the swimming pool has been closed down by floirda health dept more than once,, the office maanger is a two face ,,The apt community is being sued along with the manager for over charging residnets and having illgel leases,,,Dont move here if you want temit/water free apartment,,Not to mention a few years back ,,A woman was murdered here in her apt,,,You call this a safe place to leave,,,i dont think so.They can never keep any maintence on staff long b/c they over worked,, The compnay is well known for having beauiful apaprtments than after a few years letting them fall apart b/c they dont upkeep and spend money
