I've been living at Mission Bay for a while and what impresses me most is the cleanliness of the grounds, the office staff, the residents that live on property and the floorplans. The apartments have character and they are not like your typical apartment living. I feel like I have my own little condo or home because the setting is just that private and comfortable--stairs in the apartment for example and a fireplace! I even watched the manager driving the grounds and picking up trash! Managers don't do that and it speaks a lot about this company's attention to service.

Anyway, I'd recommend it. It really is a nice place to live.
