Strange that there are so many positives

Yeah, I would have to admit that the remodeling has made the apartments more attractive. The parking is hard to find in the evenings. Pet fee is high. And the layout of the apartment is bad. The washer and dryer are basically in (yes, in) the kitchen in the middle of the apartment.
