Mission Bay is one of the best places we ever lived. It's a quiet community, with friendly staff and neighbors. Maintenance comes very quickly when called, and they take extermination of bugs very seriously.

Parking in the end where I lived was never a problem although I hear in some areas it was sketchy.

There is a shopping center in walking distance with restaurants too! The nearby park is also great.

Late night walks, no prob! I never felt unsafe in Mission Bay.
