I have lived in Mission Bay for a year and I am not overly satisfied.
When we moved in the carpet was already at least 5 years old. I asked if they could replace it and they said absolutely not!! Not very good service. Most of the staff is pretty good, but a man name Carl can sometimes have an attitude. He appears to be nice, but the minute you question his authority he cops an attitude.
They are currently painting the bldgs and they look better. But I think they stopped half way because the process is going slow now.
The pool is nice and big, but there is always yellow and black algae! Yuck.
Also they always post signs on your door that they are going to be doing work in your complex. This is a nice guesture, but the work never seems to get done!
I also agree with the other review about the price of the apartments and the size. They are way too small. If you don't want card dings all over your car you may want to rent a garage, but then again that would cost you another $100 dollars.
Not exactly luxury living.................
