Coming from student apartments this place is a dream come true. I was sick of the noise and parties that are common with the apartments along Alafaya and I found my answer at Mission Bay. It's more of a family atmosphere, so it's low key, no parties, no trash all over the place it's great. The maintenance staff is great, any request is dealt with within 24hrs. If they can't fix your appliances they replace them with brand new ones. The grounds are well kept and everyone is really good about picking up after their animals. The office staff is awesome. They're nice, helpful and any problems are dealt with quickly. One time my cat got out of the apartment and one of the girls in the office found her and kept her in the office until i got off of work. The pet fee is a little high, but they work with you and you can make payments. My only complaint is the parking. If I want to park in front of my apartment I need to be home by 5pm. or it's not going to happen.

Other than that, you get what you pay for. It's a little pricey, but if you value quality then this is the place to go.
