It wasn't horrible there. They just need major renovations. The tile in the kitchen was old, the cabinets were old, etc. And maintentance took forever to come out. We had to establish a personal relationship just to make sure things got done. Also, I didn't mention the SNAKES. They are all over the place and terrorized my neighbors. The office seemed to think it was normal to have snakes roaming walkways, in the grass by your door, etc. I had problems with the office. They were unorganized and lost paperwork, but you know those people have tough jobs and I imagine they're not paid very well. I can honestly say they were nice people with good intentions. They just needed a better system or something. It's a good community esp. for during college (if you want to get away from all the UCF/Valencia kids), and after college.
