Terrible Maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I've been without a washer and dryer now for over 2 weeks. I've had flooding for 5 days and no one has taken care of it and as i write this I'm in the apartment with no A/C in the middle of summer in FLORIDA. My A/C has broken 6 times in the last 3 months. One of the staff members has even accused me of lying about these issues. NIGHTMARE!
