I think it is a little overpriced considering nothing is included in the rent. Everyone who works there seems friendly, so far, and any problems we have had with the apartment have been addressed...you just have to stay on top of them, or they will "slack." I won't renew my lease here, and I still have 10 months to go before I can move out. Overall, it's just ok.
