I have lived here for about three weeks and my apartment smells incredibly musty and feels damp. I have an allergic rash on my face from my allergy to mold, I found out that my neighbors are moving out because their apartment was infested with mold also. There are also water marks around the main air conditioner vent, which might indicate that there is mold in the walls. I cant SEE any mold growth, but my guess is that it is inside the air vents.
Also, my license plate was stolen off my car, and my neighbors lap top was stolen out of his car on the first day that he lived here. I don't know how safe this place is,(doesn't feel the most secure) I am always sure to deadbolt the door.
That said, I love the way the place looks and the layout in side is cool and different from most apartments in the area. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

If you are still able to get out of this apartment...DO IT! I lived in that hell hole for 3 years and my last year my door was kicked in during the daytime and I was robbed big time. The apartment manager would not let me out of my lease because they say they are not responsible for theft. I couldn't sleep and was always scared. Random people would knock on my door at night...I of course never answered. I ended up paying a large amount to get out of my lease. That area of town is a very bad area to live in. It is extremely unsafe. Didn't you hear about the recent happenings at Blanchard Park nearby...do yourself a favor...move to a better part of town! Try the apartments in Oviedo if possible.
