My son was visiting his girlfriend late @ nite. There was no visitor parking since they cut down the spaces in Dec. he was there less than 24 hrs. his car was towed cost 110.00 to get back on a Sun. only cash. We live a good distance from there that is why he stayed. Called management got nowhere. They told me he should park on the street. Contacted CEO David Niethercut @ 312-928-1009 and anyone else I could find to help. I was contacted by a representative of their co. and told issue was resolved with the leesee. It was not. These apts are owned by Equity Residential. Their Senior Management makes upwards of 450 thousand a year. I quess that 110.00 is not alot to them but is 2 college students. So basically if your visiting you need to drive around till a visitors spot is available which could take all nite. I have persuaded 5 families not to rent here for their college students.
