Listen, I've only been at this dump since Sep '05, and the first week in this place was a nightmare. First of all, there is a HORRIBLE ROACH PROBLEM and even though I clean the apartment daily, THEY STILL COME BACK!!! I don't know where they come from!! The faucet in the bathtub ALWAYS leaks and the maintanance people can't fix it. But Ladies and Gentleman, this is the straw that broke the camel's back-my deadbolt lock broke and I couldn't open my apartment door-I had to crawl in and out of my window to get in and out of my own house...do you know why''' It was Memorial Day weekend and the so-called "Emergency Maintanance" didnt work I called about 15 times-sometimes I got h/u on before I could leave a message-no one came for 3 DAYS!!!! Then maintanace shows up and fixes the lock-I go down to the office to tell these clowns about the danger I was put in and they just brushed me off-said they don't have emergency maintanance since they changed management-and the jerks had the nerve to get an attitude with me when I told them how I had to crawl in and out of my own house like a derilict-they violated fire codes by not taking care of my problem and I will report this to the authorities-I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE AT THIS CRAP SHACK!!!!
