I Moved into misty oaks Feb 07. MY Building and the One Next to Mine Are in its own section. Its So Quiet. We Only Had 3 problems moving in the power in the kitchen wasnt working, front door needed to be fixed and the water was leaking in the bathroom. Other than that everything is great. I wouldnt know about the little sparkling pool because i dont swim. However, front desk seems okay and i finially recieved my gift card. lol No RoacheS. Pest Control Comes Once a Month! i wish i could have a puppy though. Rent is Good 651.50 for a 1b/1b water and sewage included newly renovated. A/C is banging to. lol My Place Feels like alaska. Oh. One more think. Maintenance takes forever when you have a service call so you have to keep up with them and other parts of the complex are loud i guess i was lucky. Parking SUCKS. You Have To Park Behind your Apartment!
