I've only lived here for seven months and I not happy. Management sucks, the apt toilets are always backed up, the Landlord Raul is very slow and hardly available. Quiet place to live but if he took pride in the apts it would be a great place to live. Not a lot of noise or hanging out. I wanted to stay here till i was able to buy a house but i can't take the laziness anymore.
