The place is quiet, they have a strict noise ordinance, which is nice. They do a criminal background and credit, so riffraff don't generally rent there. Plus it's a single story ediface, so no neighbors upstairs. 2 negatives, imo: 1. No central air, but they do have duct work around wall unit to air condition the apartment and 2. Hollow floors, so if someone has their subwoofer two loud or stomps about, it vibrates across. Not too bad, most people who live there are respectful of their neighbors :)
