When I first moved there a year ago everything was fine. No real big problems, well, my boyfriend got his car broken into once and Someone stole over 500$ but other than that it was great, No frills, like pool or anything but pretty safe and a pretty decent neighborhood. then the main manager jennifer got moved up high or something and the new lady is horrible...she never puts in work orders and she isnt nice at all. We got in trouble for hanging 2 towels on the fence to dry!!!! Also, no one will fix anything in my apartment and the ac sucks....I want to move soo bad...so i wouldnt reccommend this place its not worth the money.

I lived there for 10 months, moved the last week Jennifer was there and I loved her and the maintenance crew. But you're right the AC sucks cause it's kinda loud but it worked. About the new lady I can see where you're coming from, cause I had to deal with her saying I owed them money which Jennifer never mentioned. But she seemed mean and not a people person like Jennifer, which made me glad I was moving but my new place makes them like the apartment Kings, so should I move back?

Well If You wanted to.Other than the new person its not a bad place to live. I wish they had a pool or something though. I always wish I had a ac that circulated threw the whole apt. I heard the maintenence workers complain about the new person too. One day I saw her and her daughter riding in them go cart things and she had her daughter Deliver the paper things to the residents cause she was too lazy. Her daughter couldnt have been older than 14. She was also allowing her daughter drive the things. But yeah Other than the new person its nice here. Sometimes someone will still rims of peoples car and maybe break into the cars but thats it. Good luck Cheryl
