I have been living here since July of 2007, and I hate it. The only problem I have is finding an apartment that will let me live there without a job. I have been paying my rent on time every month, but I am stuck in this hell hole. The manager changes monthly, and every one of them treat us like garbage. We've had two major issues with two apartments, the first was a huge mold problem, the second a pipe broke and flooded the storage/kitchen. The apartments are very old and bad quality. $675 for nothing but water, no amenities at all. The apartments are small and have 20 year old appliances and AC. Speaking of air conditioning, you will have a better chance to cool the apartment by leaving the freezer door open.
