if you want people to walt through your apartment with out your permision or steal for you then oak harbor is the place to live the staf has no respect for the tenants and god forbid you have a maintance emergancy!!!you would think if your paying damm near 900 dollars a month (which happens to be the going rate for rent controled apt) they would not have Gangs and drug dealers running wild throug out the complex.(sometimes I wonder if the staff is on drugs.
