OAK HARBOR IS THE WORST APT TO LIVE IN. THE SERVICE IS TERRIABLE.THE COLOR LOOKS NASTY THE GRASS IS UGLY. OAK HARBOR IS NOT GOOD AT ALL KIDS RUNNING AROUND WITH GUNS AROUND THREATING FOR CANDY AND SCREW THE STAFF! IT TOOK ABOUT 2 MONTHS FOR THEM TO COME AND FIX MY SINK! I TELLING YOU THIS DON"T LIVE HERE SAVE YOUR SELFS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been at oak for 3 years now, the only people who complain for non important issues are the residents who do not care for their apartmnet nor for their kids actions. Never had any problems living there.

This person is exaggerating.There are no kids running around guns.This is not some poor neighborhood of Rio de Janiero,Brazil,where there is high violence.I've lived for yrs. in this Apt. complex.Yes there has been trouble nothing serious,just like Metro West,Orl.Where there has been trouble reported.Oak Harbor has people of God,who pray for the community instead criticizing it.
