Oak Harbor Apartments

I was a resident From: digmedia207@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004 1 response   I was a resident from November 2002 until January 2004. I repeatedly came to the office about kids bullying my son, assaulting him and threatening him. I was told steps were being made to evict these children and their families. Nothing happened. These children would enter vacant apartments and destroy the apartments. They would rip screened in porches and steal tenants belongings. There were gangs, drugs, and crime running rampant. Maintenance was overworked and understaffed. I left in January 2004, after repeated complaints when these children threatened to Kill MY SON. I was told that to break the lease would cost me $1000. a small price for my son's life. After giving notice that I was leaving, the price to break the lease would cost me $3500. If you want to live in "the hood" where crime, drugs, gangs, and incompetant staff work, OAK HARBOR is the place for you.
