The Oaks Apartments is such a cute, quaint little place! Its old but has so much character.
The Pluses: Great Location, average rental rate, ample parking, quiet, small, the maintenance is great. Chelsea, the manager, is pleasant and helpful. Nice neighbors.
The Negatives: No washer/dryer, the laundry room sucks. The outside paint job is shotty. Walls are thin.

Overall a great place to live!
