THE FILTHIST APARTMENT EVER !!!!

I have never lived in a complex that I wanted to get out of more than Dover Oaks / Oakwood commons....Its dirty there maitnence ablsolutly is obsolete... Im going 6 months with out heat...Our air has cost us a fortune...There has to be something legaly that tennants can do to protect themselves from companys like this one
