I will spare you the time and get to the point.

1. If you are a drug dealer, have no job, don't want a job this is the place for you!

In the year i've lived here, I've witnessed Rats, flooding, my roof caving in , A SHOOTING! drug dealing, prostituion, did I say rats', children falling thru outdated railing systems that where ordered to be changed in the early 90's etc.

As for my Roof falling in, leaks begin to happen in my bedroom area, I notified the office, nothing happend. I went to them in the month of August 13 times and nothing happend. I decided to sleep in my living room and just put buckets underneath the water leaks. I woke up at the beginning of Sept and my ENTIRE rook had caved in! I took digital pictures, went to the office and demanded it to be fixed. They told me that since it was the weekend i would have to wait till monday. So when Monday came, the got some make shift roofers and fixed it within 45 minutes''' I knew, i just knew it wasnt fixed. I was righti waited till it rained next which turned out to be Wensday of that week, and low and behold the roof came down. This is the things you have to deal with here.

The dumpster over flows, then it rains and floods then you have to walk thru sewage to get to your car, that is if the water level isnt too high.. I hope this was helpful. I won't tell you about the Drug dealing, gun crimes, etc.. rats alone should keep you away.. If you wanna save a buck and gamble, you will lose 100% There is no security and the matenaice is a band of illegals that dont know how to unclog a toilet much less fix a major problem..
