I moved to this apartment complex about 10 months ago, I am moving out the day my lease is up. I pay rent to give shelter to roaches. At night as soon as the lights come off, you go back and turn them on 10 minutes later, roaches everywhere, an average night I killed about 15 roaches. It is very stressful to live there, neighborhs don't have any respect for each other. My outside chairs have been stolen several times, my bird feader, even my car battery. The dumpster, oh let me tell you, people drive by in their cars and they just leave the garbage on the street by the dumspter they dont even make it to it. They put out a second dumpster accross from our parking lot, not even covered, the other day I came out to throw the garbage out and they were 4 KIDS!!! playing inside of it. Garbage everywhere and the smell is HORRIBLE. When it rains the water doesnt drained, everything get flooded within minutes for days. You cant even get to your mail, you need a boat. I have been requesting pest control for the last six weeks at my house and they always tell me the same excuse oh we are changing companies. It took them 6 months to fix my ceiling fan, the maintance guy came and installed 1/2 of it, and then it took 2 months from there to get it completed and that's because I went in the office and complained AGAIN. I also had a my bathtub water going to my downstairs living room, they came made a hole in the ceiling and left it there for 1 month before they sent someone to fix it. The roaches come out of the electricity outlets and off the air conditioning vents. The entrance of the complex looks really nice, but go past the office specially to the back units, they are infested with roaches, and people drive by like they are driving on I-4 about 55mph. I hope with this review I had save at least from person from making the biggest mistake of their lives, moving in to OAKWOOD COMMONS. The good review you can read here is from their own people that work in there. IT REALLY SUCKS!!! My next step calling the health department.

please call the health department, i am ,my daughter had to move from there for health reasons,they kept her deposit and fined her all her belongings were destroyed from the mold,mildew and roaches, something has to be done,please write back, this is wrong to be treated like this
