I was ready to leave because I didn't believe that things would get better but they did and they are getting better and better. I am glad that I decided to stay because I now receive prompt service from the maintenance team. The staff in the office is always friendly and helpful. The entry way to my apartment now have brand new carpet and so many nice new plants have been installed near my apartment. My daughter now have a place to play because the new playgorund is only a short walk from my apartment. I always liked my apartment because it is so spacious and now I can say that I really like living here because of the great improvements.

this review was complete --------! sure they have a place now for the kids to play, a metal swing and 50 pounds of sawdust,,,if youre used to living in a roach motel then the improvements are good enough for you!! OTHERWISE THEY WORK HARDER ON THE LANDSCAPING THAN THEY DO GETTING RID OF ROACHES AND TERMITES!(NOT TO MENTION ALL THE DAMN DRUG DEALERS AND THUGS THAT LIVE THERE)

This has to be the manager posting! there is no way a real tenant would say this!! its obviously a promotional review and not true...these apartments are so FILTHY! mold all over in the walls and air ducts, roaches EVERYWHERE no matter how hard you try to clean or spray they are infested in the building. And i agree with the person who commented above, there are a ton of drug dealers living in this community. Ive ever heard gun shots when I first moved in. NOT a place for families!

this is the perfect apartment complex for drug dealers , crackheads , and prostitutes if you are willing to pay 800 for a 2 bed like I do go somewhere nice you can get a house for a couple more dollars. If you dont mind roaches then go to mercy drive where you can save your money and pay 500 or less and you will get the same things you get in here way cheaper! O yea and be prepared for crackheads, a crackhead was snorting drugs in the front of my building I had to call the police please this is not a safe neighbor_ hood for your kids I have a 2 year old and I am scared for her safty. Dont worry Im leaving at the end of the month.
