This apartment complex is so NASTY. I will definitely NOT be renewing my lease with them and recommend for others to never even consider renting from them.
The staff will act friendly and kind until after you've moved in. Then they become unhelpful and some even have attitudes when you call with problems. The maintenance men will take months to solve any problems...if they do at all and don't even knock sometimes before just strolling into your apartment.

Now...as for the apartment itself...DISGUSTING. I've been in a studio and one bedroom there and both equally GROSS! pet urine could be smelled from the time I moved into the studio, there was mold all over inside of the closet, roaches EVERYWHERE at night, drug dealers living upstairs (the cops came and raided it one night), water leaks and a broken air conditioner (in the summer time) which was called in every other day but took over 4 months before they came to fix it.
The one bedroom was just as scummy and had roach crap all inside of the cabinets. Once the lights went out they would crawl in from the air vents. I was terrified to sleep at night because they would fall onto my bed from the ceiling. I cleaned and continuously called the office for pest control to come but it did no good...these buildings are thoroughly infested!!!

If you care about where you live and dont want roaches scurrying all over the place then DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY. Bad neighborhood, crime infested, dirty!

renovations my butt...they did a couple of things to the front to entice more to move in and cleaned up the "show room" and office a bit. It's still the same nasty gross complex it's always been! YUCK!
