rats, roaches, and drug needles EVERYWHERE!!!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
This complex has a horrible rat and roach infestation, just ask any of my neighbors. I have come across needles littered in the grass near the playground, by the mailboxes and the dumpster. The hall into my apartment is a nightmare. It's filthy, has graffiti and bugs and it embarasses me when I invite people over.
