Didn't stay long, but I enjoyed my stay.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I only lasted one year lease over at Osprey Links due to building my own house. I have minor complaints that by no means out weigh the good characteristics of these Apartments.
The only complaints I have was concerning the construction; particularly the installation of the windows. Apparently the contractor subcontracted faulty windows that leaked thus eventually mild and mildew spread around the window frame. This occurred the first month (first hard rain) I was there and the problem was never, ever fixed. The problem was taken up with the managers who turned it over to the owners who had meeting after meeting but NO SOLUTION was achieved.
The other problem was with the cabinets in the kitchen. A piece of the plastic hinge kept breaking thus the cabinet door would hang open. Looked tacky...
I was happy with the management, staff and maintenance crew. All very courteous and helpful. I was especially pleased with the amount of space for the price! Over 2000 sq ft for $845 plus the Apartments are only about 8 years old! I was satisfied with all aspects of Osprey Links except those dang windows!!
After a thorough search of the Apartments within my range, Osprey Links was an easy choice and I feel I got my moneys worth!
