Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I have been a renter here for almost 3 years. I have only been late with one prior payment. Most every month I've been early. I was late this month and I received the most nasty letter that made me sound like a criminal. I have been getting a deal on my rent this year, but because I am ONE day late, I am going to have to pay an extra $100, plus I have to get a money order. Suddenly my check is no good. I think this is an awful policy and I am going to try to get out of here as soon as I can.
