Osprey Links Apartments has an interesting history. Place was great a long long time ago. New management company took over and BAM! totally different vibe to the whole place.
It used to be a great affordable place to live. Rent was fair, Office staff and management were efficient. Maintanence Staff was fast, friendly, and on point.
Now everything is the total opposite. Rent is insane. BUGS BUGS BUGS and MOLD MOLD MOLD. Haven't quite figured out what the point of monthly pest control is'''''
Office staff with the exception of one person is totally unorganized and not helpful. Maintenence takes forever even for the simplest thing (and lets just say hope you speak their native tongue) otherwise it's "Que' Que'" every 3 seconds.
Very loud complex. Does not feel like home whatsoever. KIDS KIDS KIDS all over the place unattended. Where are their parents'
Now they are remodeling or reconstructing and things are even worse. There has been little to NONE communication with residents and office in re. to the construction.
Would not recommend this place at all. Maybe a long time ago i'd recommend it but not now.

eh, if you live here make sure you hire a lawyer. They will try to stiff you at every chance they get. They tried to kick US out in order to "Renovate" the place immediately following the hurricanes. There was NO inspector who came out to say the place was untenable and yet they insisted the work was NOT optional. After contacting a lawyer they moved us into an apartment which was MOLD INFESTED! They are a slimey bunch of crooks. Most of the apartments in the hunter's creek area operate similiary too. Don't get me started on colonial grand @ cypress crossing, if you see that amy woman tell her everyone hates her love paul.
