I've been there for 1 yr & a half and it's changed a lot. The new management is awful! They have no consideration for the tenants - who are currently dealing with this construction crap. We had no water on Saturday because one of the construction workers busted some pipe - these guys are there all day & night so the noise is great to hear. I had a chance to look at the new apartments, the upgrade is not worth $300 more of rent. It's just a different color of paint & new carpet (which they did do before you move in anyway) the light fixtures are different but not spectacular and they added a screened-in porch. The appliances are the same so dont be fool by how clean they look(they are not new). The people at the main office are so sarcastic and rude. Please revaluate your decision before signing a lease at Osprey Links at Hunters creek.
