When I moved here 3 years ago this was a great place to live; clean, beautifully landscaped, prompt maintenance staff and employees and a higher clientel of residents both young professionals and families. In the last year 1/2 this place has gone dramatically down hill; the property looks like a slum- weeds have taken over the grass, good luck getting a maintenance request met within a few days even for emergencies, many of the residents are loud noisy and rebellous at late hours of the night and having security respond to a matter is a joke. Save your money and many a headaches by moving anywhere else in Hunters Creek but here!
