I understand why this place got so many bad reviews, but a lot of those people that moved out missed out on the remodeling of the units. Honestly, this place looks new. It can't even be compared to the old look. My apartment is so confy, and the neighborhood is good, everything is located near by.
On the rare occasion that something goes wrong in my unit, I get same day response and get it fixed.
Really, come and look for yourself when thinking about moving here, this is not like it used to be, a lot of money got put into making this place new again.

People didn't move out, when they remodel the place. They were thrown out. I had a month to move out and find a place to live, and I had just sign a lease a couple month prior to that. Also after they remodel the apts. they jack up the rent.
