Lived here for 2 years. The apartments are beautiful. They were damaged by hurricanes then remodeled. A very superficial remodeling. When I moved in my air went out, then my air handler, then my hot water then my ice maker. I believe there is some water damage as well that caused a healthy neighbor to be sick for the year he lived in his apartment. The air compressor's are all old and only being replaced when broke so if you don't get a new compressor (one that has been replaced) be prepared for $150 to $200 electric. No kidding. They ladies in the office are sirens. (See Homer)They will turn cold as soon as the lease is signed. The maintenance staff is top notch in my opinion. Very nice and considerate. Management sucks. If you look at all the ratings you will see an improvement that coincides with the remodeling. The recent posts must not have had many problems but with the age of the appliances especially, hot water and air conditioning, these are the exceptions. Walls are paper thin.
