DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
I have lived here for about 9mo. and I cant wait to move out. Since the first day I moved in I have had nothing but problems. Black goo leaked from the roof and ruined the arm of my couch. My air conditioner was broken for 2 1/2 months. I cant wait to move out. My lease is over soon. They can keep the $200 resign bonus. Maybe they will use it to fix the laundry rooms........yeah right!

My air conditioning was down for 2 months, and it still not cooling good. So my electric bill from OUC is doubled because the ac is running 24/7 trying to cool. So don't rent cheap because you going to pay one way or the other. And I no I did not see the pool water the color of emerald green the other day. sounds like a living nightmare ? It is. The only thing I like about this place is the palm trees outside. |
