Everyone should stop whining about the mess the construction is making. Ever Since the New Ownership has taken over the property in December, they have started pouring millions of dollars into the place. They are completely stripping out and re-building 3 buildings, rebuilding all the wall framing and roofs of all of the buildings, and are even fixing up the landscaping and adding 2 new laundry facilities. There's even new yellow siding going up now. They have done alot to get rid of any crime, even though most of the crime was homeless people trying to stay in the old vacant buildings they are remodeling now. The residents all seem happier with the changes, and the owners have hired 2 additional maintenace guys and send out lots of notices and letters to quickly deal with everyones maintenance problems. I hear they should be done in April, and are raising the new rents almost $100!!! Things will be alot different in a few months. FINALLY people who care.

Uh...I found out the "guy" was arrested for possession of stolen property..and no wonder they way keys were floating around the place. If anyone came home from work and had things missing here and there, the old manager probably came in and took them. He's in prison now, I guess he still doesn't have to worry about rent. I do have to agree though....The place should be condemned. This review had to have come from management. Or maybe the owners??? There is only one laundry room now for what, 180 apartments? Out of 6 washers, only 2 really work. And only 2 dryers, too. And no hot water, if you can get water at all. I finally gave up on maintenance. I still have over 30 holes in my walls from the lovely yellow siding that will probably vaporize in the first hurricane. My AC still makes the walls vibrate, and this is from 1997???????? I think I have been more than patient, and I think after 10 years of bad AC, I deserve to "whine". My rent has gone up $45 every year with no improvements. Where is that money going???? Oh, yeah, probably to the local drug dealer that hangs out in the courtyard.

I been here for over 5 year now and have seen office staff come in and out but at least this one is trying to fix up the place. If you don't like it you should go somewhere else!!!

Millions of dollars!?!? thats hilarious!!! if thats the case they owe all the residents mucho dinero!!! No way in hell they come even close to spending that much money on this place. and done in April.. r u serious!!!??? It's a year later and they still havent fixed a damned thing! there's still crackheads and hoes all over this place! I'm starting to believe the chic in the office is there main supplier!! She has to be enjoying her cut of the drugs n hoes!! I have more reason to believe she has in cut in things seeing as her own "man" steals and deals (if u know wat i mean). Thats why he's locked up right now. lol. get real people the only people benifiting from all this is the ownwers and management basically robbing us all blind cause they know its the cheapest place in the area. and when i say cheap... damn!!! it's not worth the price but what can u expect from a manager that preffers a cash hand off instead of doing her job and actually checking peoples backgrounds. this place needs new management and new owners. and i hope that someone in that office actually reads this so that they can see that there are people that live here that knows they ---- does stink!!!

STOP LYING I doubt you live there for five years, you probably be dead by now from inhaling the pollen from the mold. That place should not be remodeled, it should be destroyed and built again, for the health of people that pay rent there.
