My son and daugter-in-law live in this complex (moved in the fall of 2006). They have a 1.5 year old and a new infant (3 months). When they took the siding off the window in the 1.5 year olds room was barely staying in. What would have happened if that window had fallen on that baby' In addition, there was no insulation, so when it got cold the inside of their apartment was colder than outside. Their power bill has been outrageous. I would not object if the siding had been replaced within a week or so but now it has been months and you think this is what you are paying rent for' Now they have mold growing in their apartment and both babies have respiratory problems (the older one was hospitalized when he was 4 months old because of mold). Again you think this is what you are paying full rent for''' Now there is construction material strung all over the commons so she cannot even take the 1.5 year old out to play in fresh air/sunshine. Again is this what you are paying full rent for' This complex should be ashamed for not giving a discount to the residents while the construction is going on. If the mess had only been for a couple of weeks that would be understandable but MONTHS..... through the cold of winter and no siding on the buildings..... Get Real!!!!

Management doesn't give a cr*p. I tripped over some of the debris while going to the laundry room, which is right next to the office. I passed out on the sidewalk from the fall. When I woke up, I was surrounded by the construction crew. Luckily, one of the 20 or so construction guys spoke English, barely. He told me he notified management, who was not more than 10 feet away. She said she was too busy to come out and check to see if I was ok. I drove myself to the hospital. This is your new and improved management, folks.
