I moved in January of this year after being told that the place is currently under construction and would be complete and looking better then ever in three months, yeah right. From the day I moved in there has been nothing but problems, from my kids room getting flooded which destroyed my son's bed with mold, to the entire apartment being flooded, holes in the drywall throught out the entire apartment. bathroom ceiling falling twice, which I've called them about on numerous occations. They better pray that it doesn't fall on myself or one of my kids. Whenever I call I have to block my number so they'll pick up otherwise they won't, I've called so many times about issues in this dump that they already know me name & # and don't answer, an forget about leaving an emergency message for maintenance. I can honestly say from noticing for the last 7 months that when the end of the month is coming an they know people aren't going to pay rent for an apt that has several things wrong with it they sure are quick to make any repairs just so they can get there rent. Then they actually have the balls to raise the rent for any new suckers that are trapped into moving in. Good luck to any future suckers, all I can say is welcome to the club.

To those of u that r reading this undecided as to whether or not to move in, carefully read what everyone is writting in here because what everyone is writting is 100% correct. I read this before I moved in an thought these were people just complaining just to complain, but there were all 100% right. The price of rent might sound great, it did to me, but u have to think u get what u pay for, an paying 670 for a two bedroom u really shouldn't be expecting much more then some doors, some walls & a whole lot of headaches.
