I've lived here for the last year, and while everything is not perfect,
I have seen the management and construction team go to great pains to
try to make things better. They did turn off the water a few times, but
I found out it was to replace water lines to some of the buildings.
They have been inside my apartment, installing some safety detector, fixing
the plumbing, and even patching up the walls and painting, and I never had
to call them. The outside is looking better every day. They are doing
landscaping, and they just installed all new bright lights everywhere. They
must have hired a security company, because I see them around all the time now
and there is a lot less trouble in the neighborhood. I can see why some of
the people on here are whining, but the place really is turning around, and
a whiner will always be a whiner. You'll never make them happy. If they
really hated it as much as they say, why don't they move out.

Is this the best you can come up with, whiner will be whiner, you have a rating of a "18" can you explain that one. Nobody rates any thing a 5 coming from all 111111s. (Nobody but the managment that is). You have complainers in this world but there are only 10 percent of those. Do they all live at the Outrigger ? I AM QUITE AMUSED, JUST FIX THE DAMN APARTMENTS. Oh yeah one question WHY YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY PHOTOS OF THIS APARTMENT ON THIS OR ANY OTHER WEB PAGE ???????????

Ha I wonder if the management wrote that funny crap!! R U SERIOUS!!! The outrigger is the worst of the worst! Did they pay u well to write that joke? Cause u couldnt pay me enough to recommend this hell hole to ANYONE!!! Who r u sleepin with for the management to be fixing ur apt while everyone else has to suffer? Or maybe u just kiss the ass that all us others refuse to kiss!! Get real! This place will only get better when they get rid of the management team and find owners that actually give a ----!!!!

I believe this is the manager or that other girl that works in the office writting this crap. They are writting this to try and trap more people into moving in. Let me tell you, someone moved in on a Monday and there apartment was broken into Tuesday. Needless to say those people moved out the following week. There making it seem like security is around, yeah right thats bull. You see the sherifs truck drive around maybe once a day if your lucky. The manager of this dump needs to stop lying to people. TO THE WRITTER OF THIS JOKE, I KNOW WHO YOU ARE, YESENIA OR ARLENE YOUR NOT FOOLING ANYONE. THE ONLY REASON UR WRITING THIS IS TRAP MORE SUCKERS INTO RENTING HERE SO YOU CAN KEEP UR JOBS. -------.

Once again this place is trash, destroy the place and construct new, stop rebuilding the buildings is no use. And ofcourse people whine, nothing ever gets done, and by the way people don't want to lose their deposit. Like I wrote before to people that are looking foor affordable apartments, DON???T LIVE HERE. And this is not a opinion is a fact
