these apartments are not "great". they are horrible and disgusting. i moved there a while back and the place is not a "good neighborhood" there are drg dealers living there they do there business out in the open. sometimes i would find little bags of drugs outside. and i would have to call the police to come and pick them up. over the summer the pool is always dirty and green. sometimes i would go to the office and i would tell them to fix something they took weeks and weeks to fix it. and the air conditionings are horrible they are always breaking down. the pool and a lot of broken tiles, a women cut herself really deep because of that. also there was a fire in one of the buildings why' becuase of poor knowledge of fixing a water heater. the maintenance people are nasty they like to flirt with the women which is not good. the managment just hires who ever wants to work. even if they lack knowledge. and they say they have a "tennis court" haha its not even a tennis court the fence around it is broken the lighting for the tennis court doesnt even work. they always say that they are going to fix it. yea right. this place needs to shut down. the apartment may look nice but once you move there its hell!!!

the pool is green because they clean it everyday but the bad people get it dirty. this place is nice and my rent is affordable, I have no car but I am in walking distance of everything like the mall, grocery store and I can take my kids to school.

The pool is green because of the trees....and things at the Outrigger will never get fixed. The owners are crooks and that Jessenia woman is a criminal.

THIS PLACE REALLY SHOULD GET SHUT DOWN BUT , THEY KNOW ENOUGH PEOPLE IN HIGH PLACES TO NOT GET SHUT DOWN. MANAGEMENT WANTS AND DEMANDS EVERYTHING GET PAID ON TIME BUT MAINTENANCE CAN LITERALLY TAKE YEARS. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DONT LIKE MAKING PEOPLE HAPPY. ONLY ONE PERSON OUT OF THE OFFICE STAFF i LIKED BUT I HEARD SHES LEAVING! SHE PROBABLY REALIZED SHE COULD DO BETTER. i WISH I CAN GET OUT OF THE LEASE. 3 MORE MONTHS TO GO YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
