I have lived in Palm Harbor for 3 years, and the first year was good, but the next 2 were the worst. The staff is horrible. Monica was the best, but she is gone now. The 2 people in the office now Jennifer and Marlene are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. They are both very argumentive and unapproachable. The maintaince is the worst also. My ceiling has been leakign for months, the toilet continues to stop up because the plumbing is horrible. The air conditioner has blown up on me twice and the heater never works. The water from my apartment leaks into the downstairs neighbors home, and the office is aware of all of this. I have had to call code enforcement twice in the 3 years I have been there. It is definitely not worth paying $790.00 a month for. If you are looking for some where to call home, Palm Harbor is definitely not it.
